Older horses carryling 10lbs less weight came home in slower time in the Brooklyn on Friday.

I realize the track wasn't as fast on Friday - but the Brooklyn got a 107 Beyer with a 27+ final quarter.

When you consider how tremendously moderate that group of 3yo's were yesterday - and factor in that they are carrying 126lbs at 12fs - and while the pace wasn't much - the winner's 26.40 come home time was hardly something that stood out as clearly the weakest part of a very low rated race.

Do you think that fig is legit?
