Would have to be Rockport Harbor... That's funny too, because it's Galloping Grocer I didn't recall in the Remsen!

The "Grocer" was the one who came out of that race with the hype after he nearly beat the to that point undefeated Rockport Harbor. As a matter of fact, isn't there still a rockportharbor.com out there somewhere?

That race proved to be the undoing for my man Rocky. He never recovered from getting stepped on around the first turn. Its a shame too, I absolutely loved his digging style and stride.
As for the website, it has become more about Porter than it is about Rocky.

I know that. I had the pleasure of visiting Rocky when he was stabled at Philly Park. He was the first 'Triple Crown eligible' horse that I was able to get close to. Hence, he holds a special spot in my mind. I now know what his limitations were, I was just then skewered by the fact that I met the big guy.
