The fact of the matter is, anyone leaving a bar at any time, but certainly that early in the morning, who gets behind a wheel of a vehicle, is more likely than not driving while impaired. It is so obvious, yet to do something about it would basically destroy the industry. So instead, we "hope" that everyone makes it home safely. Jim Leyritz is not a bad guy (as far as I know), this was a tragic mistake, that all involved will be paying for (both victims and perpetrator).
