Norv sucks, Cam Cameron sucks. Marty Schottenheimer is out of work.

Life is funny.

Why are they even playing the season? The Pats are so much better than any team that's ever played this game, it's almost embarassing. They're completely dismantling my Buffalo Bills right now, who have played quite well lately.

They're going to be a 20 point favorite in the SUPER BOWL for God's sake.

If it is Dallas, they will be 14, but anyone else and they are 20-21 pt favs, it is sickening but really amazing they can do something like this in the middle of parity in the NFL.

This is the only information I could find, this is the 2006 cap info....If anyone can find the 2007 info, it would probably be better. http://www.theredzone.org/caproom.asp

It is unbelievable what they are doing

Even scarier would be if Maroney develops into the running back I think he can be... AND, they've got SF's pick in next year's draft which will probably #3 or #4.

What would even be scarier is if they ran more than 5 or 6 of the same plays over and over again. They will be more than 14 point favs over Dallas. At least 17, maybe more. And if they have no injuries, you should give the points without hesitation.

I don't know that I necessarily agree with that. An upset can occur in the Super Bowl or in one of the playoff games leading to the Super Bowl and they don't end up winning it. Would that take away from what they've accomplished all year? To an extent, yes. But not totally. It's not like baseball or basketball where they get a seven-game series to determine the champion and the cream always will rise. In a one-game setting, anything can happen and that's why I don't just look at who the champion is in a particular season and say that was the best team. Same as in college basketball. I don't know if you follow that sport or if you do, how far back you go but back in 1983, Houston was clearly the dominant team in the nation. But they were upset by NC St. in the championship. Same thing with Georgetown in 1985 when they were upset by Villanova. Was Duke the best team in 1991 when they beat UNLV? On the particular days, NC St., Villanova and Duke were the better teams. But if each of those games were to be rematched the following day, the losing teams would be favored again. I think NE can put a definite stamp on their claim to being the best team ever with a Super Bowl title. I also think that what they've shown they are capable of when at their best in just 10 games this season has already put them in the discussion. I personally feel that this is one of the five best teams I've ever seen, regardless of whether or not they finish the deal.

The only way the Patriots lose this season is if Belicheck keeps running up the score on everyone. One of these games the opposition is going to get pissed and start taking cheapshots. When Brady or Moss get carted off Belicheck won't look so smug, it will be his fault. The once proud Ravens defense might be embarassed enough to do it.
