I like him alot in this race also. He did have a crappy trip last out and should do better. And ya gotta love Prado!! By the way, love the Avatar, I have always liked the Phillies, esp. <drool> Darren Daulton<drool>, and the big bear at first John Kruk<not drooling for him but I just loved him>.And they had a good 3rd baseman, but for the life of me I cant remember his name.....Hollins???? maybe?? Yes his name was Dave Hollins. Also was a big fan of Possibly Perfect, couldn't ask for a better name for a racehorse, the name fit her perfectly

Dang it thats it Dave Hollins. My screename if for Pleasantly Perfect, that was my big guy. Loved, loved him. Cant wait for those babies to start running. They are yearlings this year.None in any sales yet but I did see one in the sale in NY. I guess everyone who bred to him is smart and gonna keep them for themselves.

Summer Doldrums may repeat at Colonial in this race as with two nice turf races with forward moves may do so again. Real nice win in G3 at similiar distance ....Why is SD left out of most discussions in this race??

I hope Summer Doldrums continus to be ignored, but it's probably only because he looks the part of a very low priced horse. If he's overlaid, in my mind, I would be happy with 4-1, but I'd have to box with Strike A Deal

It's just a question of whether he's getting good at the right time, or whether his last was because the favorite followed him all the way around (boxed in) while Inca crawled on the front end.

That's the big question. Inca King and Duveen look mighty tough in there, as I think that Inca can probably reproduce the effort from his last.

I'll put my vote in for Soldier's Dancer. Caught wide throughout in the Summer Doldrum's/Strike a Deal race.. will certainly be overlooked Saturday. Better jockey, better post position, better odds. His figs fit with these, he's my longshot play.
