By the way, NJTransit has 10 trains a day to Monmouth from Manhattan.

Every time I take one of those trains (granted it's only been a few times), it's way worse than the LIRR. Each time I've gone, we've been stuck on the way back about a mile outside the track for like, ever. Also, one time I had to get off at Hoboken and wait an hour for a Penn Station train even though the schedule said non-stop to Penn Station. All of that has soured me from going out to Monmouth again.

I swear, if these tracks are wondering how to get more people out to the track, they might want to examine the morons in transportation..

I've thought the same. I think NY has a pretty strong population of race-goers and it would certainly benefit all 3 tracks if there was a better way to get between the three. I'm just unsure how cost effective it would be or even if Amtrack etc would be willing to work with them.
