Last summer at Saratoga Jeff Perlee claimed that NYRA intentionally stalled the slot machines into the track and thus denied horsemen millions of dollars.

Now, let's think about this logically. Had the Slot Machines been in place say three years ago what kind of financial situation would NYRA be in today? Certainly it's safe to say a much stronger one than they currently find themselves in ( bankrupcy ). Now, would this financially strong NYRA be easier or harder to replace than the current one?

Who does Perlee think he's kidding?

I think much of those types of comments -- Perlee's -- are nothing more than propaganda, hollow and empty claims, and absent of facts.

it sounds to me that he just wants to keep his name in the media.
