I'm a fan of this horse's ability and there have probably been fewer people tracking his progress after his huge BC Juvy...we all know that he is a one-turn specialist and his future is in sprinting...he has brillaint speed and a very efficient stride...I really like this colt and have said from months back that I'm reserving judgement on who I'm following for the BC Sprint until I see him run...I think he is that good and I really think a 3-year-old will win the BC Sprint this year because it is a very good group...

...Funny thing is that I like Keyed Entry too, but I think Keyed Entry will probably be more effective at 7 furlongs to a mile than 6 furlongs - thus, I like Henny Hughes a tad bit better to follow for the BC Sprint...I do believe these two are both better sprinters than Songster and Too Much Bling though, as for 3-year-olds go....just my opinion...Bordonaro and LITF are still the #1 seeds in the sprint division until we see a great effort by Henny Hughes, Keyed Entry, Too Much Bling or Songster....all 3 of these should meet in the King's Bishop in what will be one helluva race and the winner of that race is probably the best sprinter in North America IMO..

Bordonero has really impressed me, I hear the Bing Crosby is next up....any buzz on LITF being there too?

It's looks as good a spot as any to me. They said he probably won't be at his best in his first back, and lately allowances have been coming up just as strong as the stakes, so why not make a stab at some real money? He's a nice colt, and he's been working well, I think this is within his scope, even if he does need more seasoning.

As a sidenote, I'm VERY curious to see how Keyed Entry will do. I've been hoping to see him turn up in a sprint, he could be a good one!

Agreed re: Keyed Entry...his Hutcheson performance may be the single best race run this year...certainly is the best around one turn. Just gonna be interesting to see if the Derby thrashing threw him for a loop...

I'm curious about that Derby thing too, hopefully that time off will help him out. He seems to be a pretty classy colt, so hopefully that big loss wasn't enough to break him.

I am very interested in seeing how Keyed Entry does. I think he may come into his own in the sprint division.

Agreed!

Did your quote come from the Black Stallion?
