Aside from the above statements, Randy Moss has been making figures for many years as part of Beyer Associates, and he has been working tirelessly in developing these pace figures for years now. Pace figures can be an incredibly useful instrument for any player and I think anybody playing would be wise to at least take an opportunity to find out for themselves. Whatever works for you as a player is fine but in a game that is very tough to come even close to beating it will never hurt to understand as many facets of the game as possible. These figures could absolutely help handicappers understand how races were run in the past and perhaps how they will be run in the future. |
