I understand the private property thing--but I am sure there are some labor laws that are being broken here. Each state is different. But I am sure this would make an interesting case.

I had some people that were contract employees and I couldnt deny them entrance to my facilities without just cause. The reason being is that they have established a working history at the property. If I denied them entrance, then I could get sued under the Labor Laws of Indiana. I needed to have a good reason to deny a person employment.

Just as I thought would happen. The jockey guild is sending a letter to the tracks saying that denying jocks due process before denying them the right to earn a living.

In my opinion, they jocks are prob going to sue and win. Even if you own the property, you cannot deny a person's right to earn a living without due process.
