I call myself trying to figure out pace also, but I think I did better when I just went by beyer speed figures. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.


Not sure when my handicapping took a turn for the worse. Might have been when I started trying to figure out pace or when I started relying wholly on brisnet pps. Could be I just never was that good at handicapping.
