![]() No problem. Seems like it should be $24 since a 4 horse tri box is $24 for a dollar. I just went by a wagering chart I printed off from xpressbet.

![]() I think that Cal is correct in his original calculation. While a $1 trifecta box with 4 horses has 24 combinations, my math tells me that a $1 exacta box with 4 horses has only 12 combinations.
Cal's wager breaks down to the following: 3 with 4,6 and 7 (3 combinations) 4 with 3,6 and 7 (3 more combinations) 6 with 3,4 and 7 (3 more combinations) 7 with 3,4 and 6 (3 final combinations for a total of 12) In this instance, I would say that Cal's wagering chart is accurate. |
