I certainly have had my bouts with DJ as we clearly did not see eye to eye on political issues, but I really hope that the obituary is not his. If so, it is very sad news to hear and wish to extend my condolences to his family and friends.

That obituary was DJ
 As i previously mentioned he asked me to do his Delmar contest picks for the last week of the contest. Well, earlier i logged into the Delmar site and his profile information is a match with the birthday in the obituary. 83 years old retired Air Force, a good man. RIP D J If anyone wants to send his widow a card, i have the address from the profile. Please send me a PM and i will give it to you. Thanks.

I only knew him through the contest thread, mainly the showvivor threads, but he seemed like a fun and supportive man and I was worried when I looked through the list of showvivor players before the meet started, and he wasn't there, because I know he never missed a day. Very sorry to hear, RIP and condolences to his family and friends.
