Stopshopping Maria ran a 101 Beyer yesterday going 6f at Saratoga in her MSW win.
Checking my list -- the fastest 6f Beyers by a 2yo at Saratoga since 2000 belong to Discreet Cat (106) and Henny Hughes (105) ... off the top of my head I can't think of a 2yo filly running 6f faster than 101... but I'll look tomorrow morning when I have time. Stopshopping Maria was an OBS March horse (worked the same day as JC's Pride when the times all came back much slower -- JC's Pride scratched out of that sale and went to FT Tim where he got the bullet)

Took the Spinaway next out - and went to the sidelines. Only managed 3-starts beyond age 2. I had already forgot about her.

She is the dam of the Ron McAnally trained first-time starter who was 2nd at 34/1 odds in a 2yo MSW race at Del Mar yesterday. The immortal Cho won that race
