Hmm if he lied about something like this it makes a person wonder if he lied about Anita Hill. Either way he should remove himself from the bench.

Kagan especially and Thomas' wife indirectly need to take the high road and recuse themselves. Only Thomas' wife isn't a supreme court justice.
