Why?
If you do it for one horse, why not do it for all? Why not do it for every horse running that weekend? Or update it non-stop, always revising, for every runner? Because it's impossible, of course. It was the first day of a new surface, and the second lifetime start for a decent youngster. Let the number stand and quit tinkering 6 weeks later.
