Default SF Gigantes

How about those lowly SF Giants. Lead the wild card race on July 1st. I know there is a long way to go but given where they are today they way surpassed any reasonable expectations. Obviously Tim L. and Caine are a the best two young pitchers in the game on the same staff. Randy Johnson and Zito are approaching respectable and that is all you can expect from them. Sanchez has been the problem in the starting rotation but the kid who replaced him in the Brewers series was okay. The bull pen, especially the set up guys have been really strong and Wilson who i am not sold on as a closer is so so.

The bats are starting to come alive and Pablo is close to leading the league in hitting. Need Molina to get hot and Renteria to pick things up. Talk about getting Jerome Dye.

Fun team to watch given the low expectations and think they might stay in WC race for awhile before fading.... Posey at Catcher is at least a year away and Bumgarten is another untouchable young pitcher to add to Caine and Tim L in the next year or two.

I said they were gunna be pretty good this year. Don't know who I hate more. No, that's not true. Yankees n' T. Baze are tied for 1st. Giants n' Redsox are tired for 3rd.

Lets see: Yankees and Andy Roddick tied for first. After that its the UFC fighting (I know you said who and not what but I couldnt help myself) and then the way that the US golfer's wives act at every Ryder Cup.

Actually, I don't hate the REDSOX team, but I hate when their fans invade other team's ball parks. Like yesterday when THE Redsox GUY MADE THE NICE CATCH TO END THE GAME. The fans around him go nuts with glee. They are in Baltimore. 100% of the people in the picture frame should not be celebrating that. That's sick.

Don't forget about Tim Alderson also. This team could have such a stud staff in the future.
