Want to know the scary thing....there is someone driving around the city of Richmond with plates that read ENG CHNL. When the woman at the DMV informed me that it was taken, I was schocked. At least we all know that there are 2 people in the state of VA that recognize a great race horse when they see one
You do realize that the English channel is very well known... she could have been a British lady that swam it. LOL
