![]() Kentucky Bear at 50-1? He could crash the tri at a big price. He was pretty highly regarded going into his last race.
Pyro certainly doesn't have to win this. Due to the upside down nature of the surface, he could very well be off the board.....which would help his price nicely for that little race a few weeks down the road in Louisville. I think Asmissen's main goal here is conditioning.....if he wins great, if not and the horse is set up perfectly for the Derby, I don't think he'll mind at all. Let's hope that the first 6f doesn't resemble the tortoise race that was last year's running. |
