The P4 should have been a complete refund per the rule on the books. They must complete 3 legs of a multi-race wager (Picks 4,5 and 6) before they can consol the payouts.

I hate to keep beating a dead horse but seriously WTF is it going to take to get the industry (in particular the CHRB) accountable for this? It's almost like, "Well they do nothing but screw us - what did you expect?"

If these cocksuckers are going to rake 21% on a P4 they better goddamn well run 4 fuc1<ing races or return the balance of the vig to the player.
