Back when I was in college, so that was in the late '70s early 80's I believe they used to call the Bengals the cardiac kids because they used to win games just tlike this, at the last minute with wild plays. I believe the was around the time the Begals made the Super Bowl ( I bet on them and Lost) .
Can not remember the exact year any more. I really hope the Jets pound the Patriots. J-E-T-S Jets

Thanks horseofcourse for giving me the correct team.
I knew it was a team form Ohio, just got mixed up. Bengals fan are wild. They were never very good if I can remember and just the one year, when they made the Super Bowl, I got sucked in to the hysteria and bet on them ARRGGGHH! Lost my $$ of course.

Bring on the jets. Almost time. Can someone explain to me why your so good. You think our defense is bad look at the points you have been given up. If it isn't for horrible texans d, not having safety back looking for long pass! You lose. Your not that good. New England has now beaten baltimore, pittsburgh, indianapolis and san diego who all should make the playoffs. Maybe the bungals can make you into a jets stuffing for turkey dinner! Doubt it can't wait til that monday night. Then you will see a jet burning in foxboro! Also like usual the pats win the east! Rebuilding comon man! lol

I also find it hilarious that when the Pats beat San Diego because the Chargers literally left two balls on the ground for the Pats to take and run with and because Kris Brown missed a field goal, then beat the Colts because Manning throws an asinine pick when they're already in game-tying FG range, then beat the Vikings because of a gift interception from Percy Harvin, etc. no one bats an eye about them being lucky. But when the Jets get a few breaks, it's a nationwide debate about whether or not they're for real.
Besides, if you actually watched the games we've had instead of just four seconds of highlights, you'd realize our luck has been pretty crappy. Detroit was the only game we really stole. We got jobbed on 4-5 flags in Denver before getting one (justifiably) at the end. We beat Cleveland pretty handily but had to win in OT because our kicker missed three FGs (yeah, a missed 24-yarder after a 19-play drive, we're real lucky) and we dominated 52-53 of 60 minutes against Houston, blew a lead and still drove 72 yards with 49 seconds and no timeouts left to win. If the Pats did that, there wouldn't be enough mops in the world to wipe all the analyst/pundit/writer cum from off the floor, but when we do it, it's discredited. Like I said, bring on the Pats. Nothing to be scared of.

Whatever stupid give pats credit our defense is the youngest in league and the team is suppose to be rebuilding! Yet we are 8-2. Give the pats props. Now jets lets see your d isn't as good as advertised and your barely winning games late or in ot. San diego game new england was smart to pick up those balls good coaching vs turner. Minnesota really come on we smacked favre around and had a great goal line stand. Man do you grasp at straws. Your like the kid who dropped his ice cream cone and blamed it on the wind! lol Little over a week and then what will you be saying when we beat your ass and take over the east again! Jets fans repeat after me "Pats win the east" Lol
