If there is a track out there that can handle a ton of water it is CD.
Remember back to 2007. It was very similar to this week. Oaks day was a flooding. I remember the races being delayed for like an hour after Rags to Riches won the Oaks. Then more rain on derby day up til about 2 hours before the Derby when Street Sense won on a FAST TRACK.

Just be thankful they don't have an ALL-WEATHER TRACK like Santa Anita...
