I agree with everything here. #2 most strongly.
Passing too much in the 4th quarter was a huge mistake, especially when they had 3rd and 3 and were going for it on 4th down anyways. But what did the Jets in were the penalties in OT. All three of their OT drives were killed by penalties that prevented them from being able to just run the ball down the Bills throat.
