Again - you said that four or five guys get all the good 2yo's .. what you mean is that they get a high volume of choicy homebreds and expensive yearlings.
Just like Rick Violette dominates these 2yo races at Saratoga because he goes out and gets athletes without fancy pedigree and conformation.
