I met up with Dave Blaha at Bowie this morning to check on Rampillion. She seemed to be happy and Linda said everything was fine at this point with her.

The story of the morning though, for me, involves a rooster Linda has had at the barn for quite some time. He's the only chicken I've ever seen with feathers growing out of his feet. Anyway - someone brought him a girlfriend yesterday. And let me tell you, he is one happy clucker!!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the visit this AM. Rampillion does appear very content in her new surroundings. I messed up and forgot to bring treats for both horse and people. Fortunately Tom had this covered. I took a few photos (chickens included) and will post later tonite.
