Thanks for the analysis Dalakhani. I will look at the race when I get out of work tonight.

Good luck with the cleanup Oracle. I have a lot of stuff to catch up on too. I was hoping to get out of here to do some laundry tonight but it aint happening. This weekend is starting to catch up with me now and I need to get to my bed soon.
