Missed 3 straight makeable putts on the last 3 holes, and that was while getting the biggest break ever (when his tee ball on a par 4 was headed towards complete hell, and hit the side of a drainage ditch, went directly back into the fairway.) See what I'm saying? They were totally unable to get any pressure on Perez. MERRICK N' STRICKER CHOKED badly. See, Merrick had a putt on the 18th that would have forced Perez to get a birdie on 18(for a win.) This is the hole with water between them, and the green. Berganio hit it into the water 5-6 years ago against Lefty. Somebody hit it into the water back in 2003 (giving the win to Weir.) It's a good final hole. That shot from the fairway would have really tested Perez. WHEN THE GUY DIDN'T BIRDIE 18, IT MEANT PEREZ JUST NEEDED A PAR(5) TO WIN. So, he hit it from the fairway to about 2 feet from the hole(big difference in pressure.) Merrick had chances, and choked on every one. See, Perez has a choker coughing it up right beside him. Then, the challenger (he sees one hole ahead of him) starts missing every big putt(hanger.) Was weird final round. Nationwide players could of done better than these 3. Two-glove Tommy could of outplayed them.
