Most joints just lower odds on horses they get action on. LV Hilton and Wynn will adjust odds up on horses that do not have action in order to attract wagers to balance their books. They excersize risk management, which is the proper way of booking future wagers. If a book has not raised odds on any horses since the openers, stay away. Also if LV Hilton or Wynn does not have a horse listed, just ask a Racebook Supervisor. They should add the horse onto their list and give you a decent price.

those are the only 2 books that I know of that have that wager. you used to be able to compare with Bally's/Caesars, but they didn't have them when I was there last month.
