Is that due to the competition or the questions surrounding the surface? Or both?
I think his best race in America was his Santa Anita Handicap. . . He closed nicely behind Heatseeker and Go Between. If he were to improve a little bit off of that he'd be a legit contender in the Classic, while nothing he's ever done on turf makes me think he has any semblance of a shot in that race.
