I guess I just don't know many people that would fall for this. And in my opinion if a tout was any good, they could make enough money betting on their own, that they don't need to do the whole tout thing.
The whole premise of this thread seems odd to me.

Yeah, if you are actually making money in the long run then you'll make more by keeping your mouth shut and improving your payouts. The only reason to sell picks is if you are losing in the long run and hope someone latches on when you have a hot streak and will continue to pay for your picks.
I don't think it is cheating to pay for those picks. Just laziness and stupidity.
