He ran an ok race in the Gotham considering the pace. I didn't expect the debacle that occured last out.

So is El Gato Malo going to Lone Star or Baltimore Steve? Or are they leaving both options open for now?

Default El Gato Malo

El Gato Malo will be going to Texas. The blinkers are on and he's ready to roll.

Would this be a good time for me to finally get off the Golden Yank bandwagon? After the Arkansas Derby maybe I should have thrown myself under the bandwagon.

Default PP's

PP's are exactly what they are, past performance's. Things happen between races. If there is any speed to push the Rooster, and El Gato Malo handles the track it's all over.....

No one can run with Samba Rooster early. . . He'll run off like he did in the Lexington but this time it'll be on dirt at a shorter distance. . . Game over. . .

You're actually correct here. Let's check the race:

He was running in tandem with Tale of Ekati and Giant Moon until just past the half mile point, where they continued on with it and he folded like an accordion.
Of course, he did manage to finish ahead of Inner Light, who dueled with War Pass.

All in all, a very nice effort. I see a positive trend in the form cycle.

Hey smart guy... how bout some winners instead of b*tching about supposed poor rides and retrospectively critisizing others' opinions?

All I really want to see is a competitive race.
They can all run high 80 Beyers thats just fine by me.
A group with a full field that is competitive is
what I desire for this race.

Don't hold your breath Phil. All dude knows how to do is complain and rag on other people about their opinion after a race has been run.

Why would I do that?

And, I'm not criticizing, I'm agreeing.

Refresh my mind as to a recent 'supposed' poor ride I bitched about?
