I wonder if the Clark will benefit from the Breeders Cup being on a synthetic surface the next two years.

Isn't the Clark run on a dirt surface at Churchill Downs?

Yes. He was basically saying that the Clark would get some defections from the BC Classic and/or Dirt Mile.
