![]() Just saw on DRF.com that Sierra Sunset has a hairline fracture and is off the Derby trail. If Denis of Cork is not running in the Ark Derby, who's left? Now I really think the fillies (Eight Belles and Pure Clan) should be pointed in that direction...

![]() With the Blue Grass coming up tough, I would be surprised if one of the key contenders didn't change course and point to the Arkansas Derby.
You would think at least one west-coast based horse would travel to Oaklawn and get a dirt race under his belt prior to the derby, but that makes too much sense. |
