Only meet where I want to see multiyear rider stats is Kentucky Downs. It is such a weird layout for the US that the riders who know how to ride it, not always riders who are tops elsewhere, win more than their share of races. But since the meet is so short (5 day? 6 days? a year) by the the time you get useful data, the meet is over.
