As for the cheap shot with washington. Yes, they only lost to Southern Cal by 4 points. But lets look at the week before, where they lost by 13 to UCLA who lost by a huge amount to the winless utah. And you can use comparatives when they are used as I did. You said neither team had played anyone of value. Wash. is a team of some value...they are better by a good margin than any team Purdue has played.
