1) Big field 2) High quality horses 3) Lots of one-time a year players pushing money thru the windows I think its easier to argue its a great betting race that the worst. |

![]() yeah yeah it will but as much as the Grand Daddy of Them All? No why Jose'. Not even close between the other races and the Derby. I bet you couldn't even put all of the under carded races money together to equal the Derby.

![]() That's the thing....they are nearly all quality horses!! Any of them could peak tommorow!
You know when you see those last race on the card maiden claiming fields that have horses whose best beyer is maybe 40 and they all pretty much stink.... so it's a tossup and basically a guesswork as to which horse will survive and finish first? Well the Derby is like that except reversed...but the same idea in that it's a tossup. |
