What I really enjoyed of this show (and the shows I've caught on Steve's program) is your familiarity with your guests...it gives the viewer a natural feel of a true conversation not something rehearsed. Also, this show was very productive as you and Watchmaker are approaching the day differently in your selections.

The only thing I'd change is to make the segment 45 minutes because that is the amount of time I spend on the elliptical trainer.
