After watching Quick Tempo rocket away from the field it seemed as if the final odds of 4/5 was a bargain. This horse has a future.
I noticed that a number of our players [RQ, Cal and I] keyed on him in various exotic plays. RQ will need to oil his abacus to score all of those hits.
My hope for superfecta glory came to naught when Tate didn't kick in down the stretch. That just proves the old adage that "he who has a Tate has lost."
