This year's format requires that you use your full $100 bankroll for WPS only, with a 25-1 odds cap. That should reward consistent day to day handicapping rather than just wild guessing.

It's posted now and it is the Oceanside(R8). Only 2200+ playing. Piece of cake.
I'll probably be ranked about 200 after the first week!!
