![]() Agreed. The 4 was the problem more than the 2 . Nyquist could have stalked the 2 around the track but not with a horse pressing on the outside. Seen it many times.

![]() DRF LIVE/GRENING: Stradivari likely for Belmont
It is not a done deal just yet, but listening to trainer Todd Pletcher talk, it sounds very much as if he would like to run Stradivari back in the Belmont Stakes. Stradivari ran a very credible fourth in the Preakness -- his stakes debut -- and thus far he's come out of it well, Pletcher said. Pletcher said he hasn't yet spoken to the owners of Stradivari -- John Gunther, Derrick Smith, Susan Magnier and Michael Tabor -- but unless they have an objection to running, Pletcher would like to give it a go. "If he continues to do well, I think we'll have that discussion," Pletcher said Friday morning. "But I'd be happy with what I'm seeing." Pletcher plans to breeze Stradivari next Friday or Saturday at Belmont Park. Pletcher is already pointing Tampa Bay Derby winner Destin to the Belmont.
