how does a state deal with a budget shortfall?
https://www.yahoo.com/news/oklahoma-...79.html?ref=gs so, pass a law they know violates roe, and spend money to fight for it. while ignoring the continued issues with the budget. good job. this is bound to take care of that $1.3 billion.
