Both cops had weapons drawn and were both moving towards the suspect. All that it was before that was the 'good' cops tailing in their cruisers while he walked the streets wielding a knife high on pcp. Within 15 feet. Which at avg. speed of a what appears to be an in shape 17 year old is 1.5 seconds.

But this isn't really about the what if's. It's about making the police departments mostly minority since no white man or woman who isn't a bleeding heart zombie would want a job that pays so little and offers nothing in return but grief and crazy eyes from the Little Rascals.

Not one mention of the idiots' actions that led to this. Not one. Because discipline doesn't apply to a failing sub-group of the population...because...uh slavery.
