Bill Finley spews more venom than a King Cobra. I've never been able to figure out why someone with so much obvious negativity towards something chose to make a career by writing about it. This has never made sense to me.
i was supposed to read grapes of wrath in school. ugh. never finished. recently i got east of eden and it was fantastic. so i bought grapes of wrath and gave it another go. was very good.
enjoyed war and peace, much better than anna karenina. but i prefer dostoevsky. his brothers karamazov is great.
