Why don't we just give the Yankees the World Series. They are so good it is pointless to even play. Ask the Marlins or the Diamondbacks. How about the Red Sox.
Just remember, you can have all the championships you want, but the Yankees will always be the team that choked away a 3-0 to their biggest rival. Pathetic. And for the record, the Yankees have spent a billion dollars in the last 5 years and won ZERO championships. So let's put the champagne on hold. The Tigers might pull this off.
