And 5 years later I am one of the "dumb" ones that sit and watch cars turn left for 3 hours.hehe When you get watching close, following the drivers, and the teams, believe it or not, it becomes very interesting.

If only someone in horse racing would realize that never mentioning or showing the sport anywhere the general public frequents - television, the internet, print media - tends to kill the development of any fan base.

You couldn't hide a sports existence from the general public any better if you deliberately tried.
