He had won his last race but that was back in the summer of 2007...
He was 10 then. 12 year old Garryvoe (IRE) fell at Fontwell on Sunday. He sadly broke a leg and had to be put down. * * * Orana Conti (FR), 8 year old mare, was leading at Chepstow when she fell... She had just run 10 days ago and this was only her 12th career start. Of the 6 runners only 1 finished. Two were pulled up, two unseated their riders and one won.
