i don't know that i would say he's in trouble.
sounds like a potential money grab to me. she filed an order of protection, alleging battery. was there a police report? did she call them when this battery allegedly took place? are there witnesses, photos? medical care required?

The entire restraining order is up at The Smoking Gun's website.
After the alleged incident happened - it took her 10 days to report it. Seemingly by both accounts, they've been friends for 11 years and she's five years older than him.... My first thought was that Mercury Morris put her up to it - after all - he does live close by.

By the way, speaking of great up and coming athletes - Randy's oldest kid, a 14yo daughter who is half black and half white is at a highschool real close to Turfway Park.
She played varsity basketball in 7th grade - and is one of the top scorers on her dominant varsity team this year as an 8th grader. She's the one on the left.
