i don't know that i would say he's in trouble.
sounds like a potential money grab to me. she filed an order of protection, alleging battery. was there a police report? did she call them when this battery allegedly took place? are there witnesses, photos? medical care required?

By the way, speaking of great up and coming athletes - Randy's oldest kid, a 14yo daughter who is half black and half white is at a highschool real close to Turfway Park.

She played varsity basketball in 7th grade - and is one of the top scorers on her dominant varsity team this year as an 8th grader.
