I didn't realize this was their first bowl victory
and the coach just said no to a program with 5 NCs!
they've come a long way

Sure the coach said no.. James Gandolfini made him a counter-offer he couldn't refuse!

Congrats to the Scarlet backers on a truly wonderful season that was a long time coming.. (Of course, even with the new found glory, the Knights STILL fear Colgate..)

The "sanitation" business isn't nearly is good in Alabama.

lol, by 5 I meant Miami
at Bama we say
got twelve?
although offical record books give us credit
for 17!
but anway I won't try to turn this into a Bama thread
just wanted to educate Samarta
I always thought with the right coach in place
there was plenty of potential for a great program
at Rutgers by keeping all the Jersey and NE talent at home
looks like that has happened, and RU should be very competitive
for years to come...

The Rutgers football team land a big one, Anthony Davis staying
home to play RU football. Couple of years ago these big time recruits
from NJ would never think of playing for Scarlet Knights.
