Default TP Poly wet?

I haven't really followed TP-- rain likely today. I know that the poly is supposed to behave no differently whan wet than dry. But, does that really seem to be the case??

I have seen it twice when raining, but those were deluges of rain, just friggin poured. There was standing water and it looked like the kickback was actually water and not poly, I didn't see any sort of a bias though (inside/outside, front/closers)

Water drains off stunningly fast according to trainer Chuck Simon... And rain seems to speed the surface up...
